Playdait Privacy Policy

Playdait is operated by Ombelis Enterprises, Nevada.
Playdait is built for parents. It is not directed at children, and children do not create accounts or enter information themselves.
What we collect from you
When you create an account: your email address and a display name.
When you fill in your profile: the area you're in, your ZIP code, when you're usually free, how you like to meet people, your interests, and anything you write in your bio.
When you use Playdait: the events you save, the events you RSVP to, and the answers you give to a playdate scheduling poll.
What we collect about your children — and how it's kept
If you choose to add a child, you may enter a nickname, a birth month and year, an age range, interests, a note about naps, and private notes for yourself. You may also record how they play — their energy, their pace, the settings they do well in, and how they are in a group.
You enter this. Your child does not. It is optional, you can edit or delete it at any time, and it is never shown on a public page or to another parent.
How we know whether Playdait is working
We count visits and page views — which pages were opened, roughly where the visit came from, and what kind of device it was on. It's aggregate, and it isn't tied to your name or your email. We don't record your screen, and we don't use advertising trackers.
How we use it
To show you events and places near you, to save what you've chosen, to schedule playdates you've asked to schedule, and — if you want it — to send you a weekly email about what's on near you.
One weekly email about the week ahead, and occasional messages about your account. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. It works immediately and never asks you to sign in first.
Signing in
When you sign in we keep a record that a session was created, so we can keep you signed in and so we can see whether Playdait is actually useful to people. We do not sell this, and we do not sell anything else.
We do not sell your information
Not yours, not your children's. Nevada residents have a statutory right to direct a business not to sell covered information; ours is that we don't sell it at all.
Your choices
You can edit your profile at any time, and add or remove a child's profile at any time, from your account. You can unsubscribe from email at any time.
